MeraVahan provides organizational and reminder tools only. We are not an insurance company, insurance broker, government authority, RTO, or financial institution.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services.

By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities carried out through your account.
• Keeping your account information accurate and up to date.

You must immediately notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. User Responsibilities

6. Documents & Data

Users are solely responsible for:

• Ownership and legality of uploaded documents.
• Maintaining backup copies of important records.

MeraVahan stores your data securely but does not verify the authenticity of uploaded documents.

7. Vehicle Reminders

MeraVahan provides reminders for:

• Insurance Expiry
• PUCC Expiry
• Road Tax
• Fitness Certificate
• Permit
• Other user-configured reminders

While we strive to deliver reminders reliably, we cannot guarantee delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Mobile network issues
• Email provider failures
• WhatsApp delivery restrictions
• SMS gateway delays
• User device settings
• Internet connectivity issues

Users remain responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and renewal deadlines.

8. Notifications

Notifications may be sent using:

• Email
• SMS
• WhatsApp
• Push Notifications
• In-App Notifications

Message delivery depends on third-party providers and network availability.

9. Subscription Plans

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

Subscription benefits, limits, and pricing are displayed on our website.

We reserve the right to modify pricing or subscription features. Existing subscribers will be notified of material changes before renewal where applicable.

10. Payments

By making a payment, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees.

remain the exclusive property of MeraVahan.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.

13. Third-Party Services

MeraVahan may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to:

• AWS
• Google Cloud
• Meta WhatsApp Cloud API
• Fast2SMS
• Resend
• Razorpay

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.

14. Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Security updates
• Network issues
• Force majeure events
• Third-party outages

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeraVahan shall not be liable for:

• Missed renewals
• Financial losses
• Penalties or fines
• Loss of profits
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the applicable subscription during the preceding twelve (12) months.

16. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the platform
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Fail to comply with applicable laws

Users may also close their accounts at any time, subject to any outstanding obligations.
