- Attempt denial-of-service (DoS) attacks.
- Exploit software vulnerabilities.
Abuse of Notifications
You must not use Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, or other communication features to:
- Send spam
- Send unsolicited promotional messages
- Harass or threaten individuals
- Distribute misleading or fraudulent messages
- Send messages without appropriate authorization
You are responsible for complying with all applicable communication laws and regulations.
Misuse of Documents
You may not upload:
- Forged documents
- Fake insurance policies
- Altered government documents
- Illegal content
- Copyright-infringing material
- Malicious files
You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload any document.
Intellectual Property
You must not:
- Copy or redistribute the MeraVahan software.
- Reverse engineer the platform.
- Remove copyright notices.
- Resell or sublicense the platform without authorization.
- Use our branding without written permission.
4. Account Security
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining secure passwords.
- Protecting login credentials.
- Restricting access to authorized users.
- Reporting suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Users are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of uploaded information.
- Maintaining backups of important records.

6. Fair Usage

- Abuse API limits (if applicable).

- Circumvent subscription limits.

Where MeraVahan integrates with services such as:
- Meta WhatsApp Cloud API
- Fast2SMS
- Resend
- AWS
- Razorpay
you must also comply with the terms and policies of those providers.

To protect the platform and its users, MeraVahan may monitor:

- System performance
- API usage
- Security events
- Notification delivery
- Error logs
Monitoring is performed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
9. Suspension or Termination
